I’m Dongjae “Krystofer” Kim.
Hi! I’m Krystofer. I am a Science Animator at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center as a part of Conceptual Image Lab.
My work centers around empathy. I have been making audiences emotionally connect with a song during a show, helping anyone understand NASA’s scientific discoveries that make us inquire about the world around us.
I am a versatile artist, a designer, and a problem solver equipped with diverse skill sets and background from Fine Arts, Graphic Design to Animation, CG and Design Research with a bit of frontend development skills. I pride in the fact that my portfolio is never a stagnant same old body of work but always new and evolving even to other visual styles and areas of design. I see that that’s the only way to grow and learn more new things and stay truly creative.
